Prof. Yeshwant Rao Kelkar

  1. Karyakarta must have first person singular number approach, i.e. I shall do it. An ounce of personal example will be more effective than a pound of preaching.
  2. All Karyakartas are important, but no one is indispensable.
  3. Problems cannot be solved on the basis of sentiments alone but the sentiments of fellow workers have got to be understood and taken into account.
  4. Be extremely critical about oneself but be extremely considerate towards others. Thus ever be ready to give credit to others and when there is criticism take the blame on oneself.
  5. Listen not only what a karyakrta is saying but also what he is not saying.
  6. We are all fractions; together we become a whole.
  7. Some people are tired of problems; Some create problems; Some are problems unto themselves. But, we karyakarta’s - are here to solve these problems.
